Everyone  at dreadhats.com places our customer's needs as our top priority. It is important to us that you feel taken care of from order to delivery to any questions you may have once you receive a dreadhats.com product.

If you need to check the status of your order, please use the login you created when you ordered your product. Or call our toll-free number 1-800-392-5644 or email us. 

We will also accept personal checks, money orders & cash in US or Canadian funds (though not recommended through the mail, at your risk only ) for our hats and other products. If you would like to pay by check or money order make payment addressed to and for:

Along with a note stating which hat style you would like handmade. Also in the note add your name an email address, your shipping address and a phone number where you can be reached at. 

Pacific Coast Merchants owns dreadhats.com. If sending a money order make sure it is an International Money Order when you purchase one. All personal checks will clear before your hat is made and sent off. We do not accept phone orders using a credit card because of potential fraud.

Dreadhats.com is confident that you will be satisfied with our products. We take special care making sure your product is in the best quality when shipped, but due to the hygenic nature of our products there is no refunds available.
